Custom-Made Products
All products sold are custom-made and produced to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is uniquely created based on your selections and may have slight variations in appearance.

Order Acceptance & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full or according to an agreed payment plan before production begins.

Production & Timeframes
All production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing, you agree to allow reasonable flexibility in production time.

No Refunds or Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.

Revisions & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of order. Limited revisions may be allowed during early production stages at our discretion. Major changes after production has started may incur additional fees.

Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content are the property of MochiiPaws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may be considered a violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
