Refund & Return Policy
All products sold are custom-made and produced to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any completed or in-progress custom orders.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is locked in and production may begin.
Production Process
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is being custom created. Minor variations in color, materials, and craftsmanship may occur and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and, if verified, offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of this agreement.
