Processing Time
All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Production time may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered on select items or order values.
Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
