Two ways to get a custom build. Both start with a deposit that reserves your place in the queue and comes off your final total. Nothing is cut until you have seen a quote and approved the design.

Custom partial

$199.99 deposit. Head, hand paws, feet paws and tail, designed as one coordinated set in your character's colours and markings. This is how most people start.

Reserve a full build slot

How a build works

  1. Talk to us first. Message the team before you place a deposit, especially if you are working toward a convention date. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
  2. Reserve your slot. Your deposit holds a place in the build queue and is applied to your final total.
  3. Send your reference. A ref sheet, a sketch, or a species plus a list of colours. Within 48 hours of your deposit.
  4. Get your quote. We price your build from your actual design and send you the full figure.
  5. Lock the design. Together we confirm colours, markings, claw style, paw pad colours and special features. The balance is settled before production starts.
  6. Build and check in. The production team builds to the agreed spec and you get milestone photos as it progresses.
  7. Final check, then ship. The finished build is checked against your reference before it goes out. Shipping is quoted when it is ready.

Before you pay a deposit

  • The deposit is non-refundable once production begins. Our refund policy gives a 24 hour window after purchase to change or cancel.
  • The deposit is not the full price. Your final figure depends on the complexity of your design, and you agree to it before anything is made.
  • Custom work is final once it starts. It is made to your character and measurements and cannot be resold.
  • Shipping is quoted separately once your build is finished. Tracked international shipping is available. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Who builds it. The design team specs every build and the production team builds to that spec, with a final check against your reference before dispatch.
